Orckestra announced today that it has partnered with Microsoft Dynamics to help retailers, grocers, and branded manufacturers realize the promise of Unified Commerce in the Cloud, which brings together technology-enabled retail functions to serve consumers where, when and how they desire. Attendees at “Retail's BIG Show,” the National Retail Federation’s flagship industry event held annually in New York City, will be able to see some of the results of this collaboration in the Microsoft booth (#2803) on the Expo floor.

This technology partnership with Dynamics allows Orckestra to offer a comprehensive, cloud-based solution that lets retailers link the digital experience across channels, including in the store, offering consumers a personalized and consistent journey. Leveraging Dynamics AX for Retail and Commerce’s industry-leading capabilities in Point of Sale and Commerce infrastructure and combining it with the Orckestra Commerce Cloud will provide retailers the ability to create connected commerce experiences that bring out the best of their presence online and offline.

Visitors at the Microsoft NRF booth will have the chance to see how the integration of these technologies, running in Azure, powers the retail convergence of online and in-store with a customer case featuring Sports Experts, a Canadian-based sporting goods retailer and Dynamics AX customer. Sports Experts recently implemented Orckestra Commerce Cloud to power their unified commerce and build digital shopping experiences in-store.
